I absolutely can not tell what the second to left flag is. Far left is Mexico, second from right is Argentina, and rightmost is El Salvador, but the second from left doesn't seem to match with any Central/South American flags I can find.
It's another Argentine flag. It's not the Uruguayan flag, as the sun is at the canton
