The only mistake Hara makes. It is already known that Jane likes Proxy. How sad that the headcanon ships ruin some things....at least Seth have...health? xd

That goes without saying for all the women in the game, doesn't change character shipping one bit. Jane and Seth's chemistry in their event was what made everyone love them both and even if it's a crack ship due to generic harem writing, those two will always be an OTP to most players.

Actually Jane and Seth are confirmed dating so no she does not like the proxy maybe if yall opens your eyes and actually looked at their and Seth you would see that Jane loves and fucks Seth all the time and the proxy is well he’s like all the self-insert players a cuck who lives in fantasy

It's normal that Hara-sensei included Seth, since he drew him about a year ago, and there was only the initial event with the two of them. If it were now, it's obvious he'd include the Proxy instead of Seth, since Jane does seem to have a certain attraction to the Proxy. They've had several interactions at events, and they even went to the movies. I'm not saying it confirms she likes him, but it's obvious the developers are giving them more interactions like that. So you can already guess where the ship is headed.

For the people who are claiming it should be the proxy no it shoudlnt if we look strictly at the story and trust events Jane doe is always in her femme fatale personality and anytime she shows “romantic attraction” with the proxy aka wise and or belle she goes right back to normal there is no real emotional or romantic growth with the proxy sense she always go back to her normal self right after the trust even is over just look at how Jane treats wise and belle during random encounters outside of trust events purely in a femme fatal teasing tone nothing real nothing romantic and compare this to her defensiveness and quick topic change about how her time with Seth when they watched pork on the peak clearly Jane doe only have romantic feelings for Seth and Seth clearly only has feelings for Jane doe not wise or belle so anyone who thinks this please pay attention to the story and not your own fantasys

For once, I'm with her. I still don't understand how this 6-7 infohazard came to be, or how it is even "funny".

According to KnowYourMeme, people were apparently using it to get Internet famous. Specifically, by being added in a TikTok edit of an intro for the 6'7" basketball player LaMelo Ball. Another basketball player and TikToker, Taylen Kinney, spread it further by intentionally using it all the time and even added the hand gesture, so ultimately, I think you could probably blame him for this.

Or maybe it's a senseless number that is funny because it's senseless as much as it's everywhere. You were young once and since you were here in 2009 so I assume we are around the same age, you should know more than anyone else the stupid shit we made up on the internet to be funny, even though it made no sense to anyone else.

I don't know. A lot of these made up internet slangs used to be pretty funny if rather specific most of the time. Like call them dumb silly games, kids used to actually put a lot of thoughts into those because beside the aspect of an inside joke, kids also love it when they explain a joke and see other kids just go "Oooooh" in awe since they get to feel superior to the rest.

Nowadays internet slangs and memes are just nonsensical bs that some clout chaser spouted that unfortunately caught on with the brain rot crowd.

I've seen the "inside joke" argument used for other memes and cultural phenomena before and I always found it to be incredibly cynical and out of touch. We do things because we find them to be funny, it was like this before and from what I have seen for myself it's what we still do today.

Although it originates from outside (and before) the internet, I find 420 to be utterly detestable as far as funny numbers go. Everything about it stinks and there's nothing clever about it.

This whole situation was a mess since as far as I know yuri fanatics got the initial pic removed with false reporting, artist complained, and then for some bizarre reason few people got mad that artist's own self-insert doesn't allow them to self-insert... which in turn allowed yuri fanatics to conveniently blame it all on those idiots.

Understandable given the chaos at the time, but in the aftermath that doesn't seem to have been the case. The connection to it supposedly being yuri fans was a discord screenshot of one bragging about it, but the person posting that screenshot was a known liar and shitposter (Also Actually Homophobic as far as I could tell) and it quickly became clear that nobody else in that discord had seen these messages. So either, the person HAPPENED to brag about it for a fraction of a second before deleting them, and only one person saw them do so, or this other guy faked screenshots.

There's no substantive evidence for anything as far as I've seen between now and then, but my best guess is the person posting the screenshots was the same person who did it, and did so exactly because they wanted to cause a kerfuffle.
