Years ago (around 2020?), I ran into this artwork, and was left mesmerized by it. However the former artist tag (lly_blue) had only dead links in the artist wiki, and Saucenao and other reverse image search engines gave no hits. I was left wondering for years what happened to the artist and their works.
Fast forward to last year, I think about this artwork again, try to find the artist again, and discover after a couple hoops that the artist had an account where they showcased all of their art.
The sad twist of fate here was that the artist died a few months before I found them... Which makes this artwork quite fitting.
