It is a Hi-Power, but all of those are features common to many other handguns, including the 1911. The distinguishing features here would be the shape of the cuts on the frame and slide, which are still slightly off, but recognizable as a Hi-Power.

guys im the goat officially i just compared his dick to the average water bottle with about 1l volume and then measured it and hes standing strong at 6.18 inches but since thats slightly smaller than me ive gained back my confidence and im not gonna be consulting a therapist
