Likes and favourites have no bearing on whether an Approver approves a post.
If you feel your posts deserve a second chance and you have at least three upload slots remaining, you can appeal the deletion, which will send the post back to the modqueue. See howto:appeal for details.

Once again: The artist's works have been approved before. Lower-quality works by others have been approved before.
I can't believe that out of all the reviewers, none of them considered it good enough.
My upload limit is declining rapidly, and no one ever gives any explanation as to why my uploads don't get approved.

You can look into the tag history and ask @dangrello why he added the tag.
If you want to proof that it's not AI the best way is to show proof in the comments or some site where you shared your process like twitter.

No, it means 18 Approvers saw your post and made a deliberate decision to not approve it. And making demands will not improve your chances.
