This tag should mean kodomo_doushi + physical_examination going by the meaning everyone in the west knows of.
It's currently being used as that but also a doctor cosplay / roleplay tag.
The overlap is confusing and I think the tag should just be an alias to physical examination, since this is the colloquial usage of the term.
