It's mostly conjecture based on a shared display name (Kato), similar art style and interests, and the timeline of her accounts lining up (original account stopped posting in Apr 2024, new account popped up May 2024). I can't find anything to connect them since she hasn't reposted any old art/mentioned OCs in any context. The best I have is this post showcasing art progress. I understand that "vibes" aren't a justifiable reason to merge, though.
