is there a tag for "tailholes"? I don't know if it goes by another name but it's referring to characters with tails where the anus is right at the point on the body where the tail extends outward, not sure if we just default to the anus tag or not since I feel like this is a niche some people would specifically search for

You mean it's done using traditional media? The picture has a good resolution and you can open it in full size and zoom in. I don't think this is a traditional painting. Colours are completely flat, and those brush strokes looks like default SAI brush set(i can be wrong here, haven't boot sai in a while). Many other's of their works are indeed looks traditional, but this was drawn digitally. Or drawn over a scanned sketch at most.
