Requesting tag change for a couple artists

The first tag is nijiiro_zakura. Nijiiro Zakura is the name of his site, the artist's handle name is Koutaro. Suggesting tag change to koutaro_(pixiv_160924) because there is already a koutaro_(artist) tag.

The second request is that manekinukotei should be manekinuko, as manekinukotei is the name of his site as well.

Or am I completely wrong in how these should be done?

The first one might be problematic. I've never seen him addressed as anything accept Nijiiro Zakura, and his artist handle seems to be virtually unknown on the internet. While a nijiiro_zakura->koutaro_(pixiv_160924) alias would fix this, I'm not sure it's worth it. It's a case of consistency vs. familiarity.
