Users continue to think that this is similar to the kemonomimi_mode tag, so a qualifier may be necessary to prevent confusion.

We could probably just use (moonphase) as it's less unwieldy.

By all official indications, "Tsukuyomi" seems to be the main title (and is what is used in the web address at Victor Entertainment and TV Tokyo ), and "Moon Phase" is a two (not one) word subtitle. FUNimation does only use "Moon Phase" as the title, but still two words. Either way, "tsukuyomi" is probably the more appropriate qualifier if only using one.
