alias deformed -> chibi

Deformed is rarely used, every picture with that tag contains chibi.

Deformed can mean different things, so I don't really think it should be aliased to chibi.

I don't see what's "deformed" about those examples. (and most of the posts were all tagged by the same person)
That said, chibi is often called "super deformed" in the west.

Those are bad examples, but true, there are those as well. Mmmh, I guess it might be better to keep the tag for non chibi pics. I cleaned up a bit and made a wiki entry.
