Image noise tag?

Is there a tag for visual noise in image, different from dithering by being used as artist's aesthetic choice, not a technical workaround?

Nope. Moiré is when you have an effect like two grids superimposed on each other, or very fine pinstriping on clothing shown on TV.

I don't think we have a tag for that, so I suggest creating image_noise.

Would work, but isn't that for fabric?
