There's a team marker in the top left corner and a rarity, across the bottom right is the name, and there's a star rating. This does not fall under "do not resemble cinderella girls cards in any way." Whether or not they SHOULD be tagged with CGCP is another question, though.
The team marker is next to the character's name. The symbol in the top left corner is not the team marker.
FYI, you can click Tag History at the bottom of the sidebar to see who added a tag. Then click their name and click Post Changes in their profile to see their other edits. You can go through and click Undo to undo their changes, but it's better to ask for opinions on the forum first before you get into an edit war with someone.
And yeah, it's not clear to me whether these are parodies or not. Card_(medium) might be the right tag to use instead.

Because the aforementioned features are unique to Cinderella Girls, as it is the only mobile card game out there. :/
Jokes aside, user #430653 seems to be the culprit behind the tag edits.
