"Quattro Vagina" is (sort of) an error, but not in the way people are familiar with... "Vageena" is correct, per the big fancy guide/s that people usually take names from:

Pretty sure this is on purpose; "Jamitov Hymen" is the correct name of another character from Z. There are probably others.
