I know that the old "similar users" list is gone, and I can't say I miss it as it was rather pointless in the first place (You are similar to this user because you share 1 favorite out of 2000), but is there a way to actually search for shared favorites between two users? I've tried "fav:user1 fav:user2" and it always produces user2's favorite list, ignoring the fav:user1 search query.
