I haven't been keeping up with the futanari discussion, but has it been decided to segregate newhalf from under futanari (aside, I'd wish intersex to catch on...)? And I still recognize full_package* as "everything is depicted/evidenced", which wouldn't cover cases where the female genitalia are not in view, but the presence or lack of testicles are (by lack of bulge, say). Not to mention instances of multiple futanari, such as post #1720554, especially since full_package* currently implicates the parent tag.
I'd agree with a cleanup, if needed, but futanari seems too umbrella to assign a default more specific than "mixed dimorphism".
