Same artist. Created a new pixiv account and has been posting to that. Uploaded a notice linking to the new account at http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=51025023 (edited version of post #2044863).

I already used a tag script to change the tag to chiro, but the alias would be needed for any future uploads. Or to reverse the direction, if tagging as tachibana_(digital_selery) is the correct one.

Might it not be easier in cases like this, in which a new alias has been mistakenly created for a new artist, to just merge the two artist entries into one instead of creating a new alias every time this issue pops up?

I find it unlikely anyone would ever use tachibana_(digital_selery) at this point. I think moving the posts is good enough.
