I would guess monsterification since dragons don’t exist in real life. I’m not certain though.

Need a name for this trend/meme. Someone created simulated masturbation, but I think it's not descriptive enough. I've been thinking about "seia_tail_masturbation_(meme)", but it interferes with tail masturbation, which is about masturbating with the help of a tail.
