create implication flame -> fire
Yes, pretty awkward request at first sight but I just wasn't sure how to handle this topic.
So I just go with both ways and throw at least one in the progress.
The reason is that flames is aliased to fire but flame does neither implicate nor is alised to fire. But I think that a single flame does light fire but it isn't enough to create a field of flames (or a larger fire).
So personally, I'd go with the implication.

I checked these two tags and it seems there aren't much difference between the two. Personnally, I'd go with the alias instead.

I agree with topic #5580 that there should be a tag to differentiate "single source" flames with fire, but I'm not sure the flame tag has a clear enough name for that purpose.
(Also, at the end of that thread, flame was implicated to fire, but that implication doesn't exist now. I can't find the thread in which it was removed to read the reasoning.)
