See the discussion on post #2385606 - an uploader is using this tag to refer to the Japanese term "boro," which is literally just the "torn clothes" tag, and they refuse to stop.

Like I said:
I personally think we shouldn't give in a spammer and in vandalism.
There is no real need to create an japanese alias to every single english word or term^^.

The justification that one user won't stop using it isn't a particularly strong reason, especially since that user received a short ban over their insistence of using that tag over torn_clothes. If that user were to continue after the ban expires, then the outcome would be a permaban and not tolerance for their stubbornness.

Ah, I was wondering what that tag meant. But yeah, I agree for the no alias.

Looks like the guy made another account and went back to add the tag. Check user #486431.

Account has been banned, and I've given him an IP ban.

Anyhow, what did "boroe" have, implications wise, that torn clothes didn't? If there's nothing special or particular about it (like how the tears must be precisely the same pattern, the same length, and otherwise distinctive)... why be so insistent?
