Having (artist) is confusing since there are several artists named koutarou. Her Facebook page says Youko Moriyama is her real name.

It's fine, you do it through a BUR and link to topic #7713, a bit confusing I admit but that's how it is.

By the way, it might be better in this case to just fully use the original artist's name instead of qualifying it.
