I'm not sure where Cape Porcupine came from. In her introduction shot in the show, she's called アフリカタテガミヤマアラシ, with the translation given as "African porcupine" (same as the Twitter link above). According to JP Wikipedia, アフリカタテガミヤマアラシ is Hystrix cristata (crested porcupine), while ケープタテガミヤマアラシ is Hystrix africaeaustralis (Cape porcupine/South African porcupine). This site is the first Google hit for アフリカタテガミヤマアラシ, and says that it's Hystrix cristata, giving the English names as African Porcupine / Crested porcupine.

Is it possible to change that tag to crested porcupine?

We can just move everything over via script.

If the character is listed as "African Porcupine" officially, then that should be the name used.
