How do I go about donating the $20 to get a privileged account?

I click on the "Upgrade your account for only $20" link at the top of the screen but it doesn't bring me to any place where I could actually donate the money.

Okay, I donated about 4 hours ago, how long should I expect the wait to be?

I don't know, the donation/upgrade process is entirely handled by Albert, so I'm not familiar with how long it takes.
