About new pools

If someone wanted to make a new pool, like one for non-mecha machines, how would that work?

Go here and click on "new" in the topbar.

How is “people who are either using or near any kind of vehicle” significantly different from a ground_vehicle -military_vehicle -mecha -no_humans search?
