History: Flags & Appeals -> Post Events

issue #3705 has been proposed as a way to change the Flags & Appeals history item (posts page) now that it includes Approvals. The current suggested name is Post Events, but I thought that name might be confusing or too general so I thought I'd bring this up in the forums to let others chime in. For myself, I can't really think of a better way to name it off the bat.

I didn't want to suggest "Flags, Appeals & Approvals" because it's a bit too lengthy but I see where you're coming from, given that some users even managed to unlearn how to edit tags when the sidebar button was removed.

Active/Deleted is the post status and recorded changes would be the “Status history”, so just “Status”?
