Tag Implication: full_moon -> moon

Implicating full_moon -> moon.

Reason: It's a moon.

Is the full_moon tag necessary? When I was going through the moon tag to tag images with the red_moon tag, around 95%+ (if not more) of all moon tagged images were full moons.

So, perhaps crescent_moon in place of a non-standard fuller (heh)?
