[APPROVED] Clear-up PLA tags

mass update people's_liberation_army -> people's_liberation_army_ground_force
create implication people's_liberation_army_ground_force -> people's_liberation_army
create implication people's_liberation_army_navy -> people's_liberation_army
create implication people's_liberation_army_air_force -> people's_liberation_army

Currently many images under people's_liberation_army contains images related to the PLA as a whole as well as the images that can be better tagged under the PLA Ground Force.

The implication would allow better grouping of PLA related images.

EDIT: The bulk update request #1912 (forum #153525) has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

Do we need to split these images into separate tags when there are only 50 of them?

-1 The tag counts are too low. Just move everything manually.

It's usually a good idea to always have greater tag fidelity.
