Considering pale_skin is far more commonly used than white_skin, and the former contains plenty of posts that could fit in the latter, I'd be okay with the reverse alias.

Pale probably makes more sense, because there's plenty of "white_skin" on danbooru that isn't intended for use with any specific tag. Instead, the point of the tag is whiter than usual skin, i.e. pale_skin.
