[APPROVED] Tag alias: ice_climbers -> ice_climber

tag alias #15809 ice_climbers -> ice_climber has been approved.

Reason:
Ice Climber = name of the game
Ice Climbers (plural) = the duo of twins Nana and Popo, they are called this way in Super Smash Bros.

The tag ice climbers (plural) had about 80+ posts with either Nana or Popo. I removed them all and made sure they are tagged nana_(ice_climber) and/or popo_(ice_climber) as appropriate.

For instance, post #368306 used to be tagged ice_climbers but now it's just tagged nana_(ice_climber).
