create alias strap_cleavage -> strap_between_breasts
Reason: For consistency with the other *_between_breasts tags. Also the meaning of strap between breasts is clearer than strap cleavage. "Cleavage" is a bit of a misnomer in that most strap cleavage posts don't display cleavage.
