mass update macedonian_flag -> sunburst_background
remove implication macedonian_flag -> sunburst
Reason: After decent amounts of discussion in forum #154704, a general consensus had been reached on the status of the macedonian_flag tag, that being that the tag in question is more so used as a background tag depicting a sunburst reminiscent of the one found in the North Macedonian flag, related to some degree to a variety of Japanese memes such as zettai yurusanae.
Whilst there is some precedent on the Japanese end for the name of the tag, マケドニア国旗 being used on the Pixpedia article of the aforementioned meme example and having a few posts tagged with it, for the reasons discussed in the previous forum topic on the matter, mass updating it to a tag name such as sunburst_background would be more appropriate for users as users aware of North Macedonia would likely still just call it Macedonia, making its current name entirely inappropriate. And additionally, some of the posts tagged don't entirely conform to a strict usage of the North Macedonian flag, with examples of variation between posts mentioned in the previous topic; and the mass update would allow the tag to be applicable to a wider array of posts, no longer locked by color.
Once the mass update goes through (and sunburst background receives an implication for sunburst), I'd also propose turning macedonian_flag's wiki into a disambiguation wiki, with links to north_macedonian_flag, sunburst_background, and for good measure, greek_macedonian_flag as a bit of futureproofing. The wiki's original contents would obviously be given to the new sunburst background tag.
Something brought up in the previous topic was the idea of introducing tags for identifying color-specific sunbursts, with red-yellow sunburst being chosen as the example due to the topic. The idea does have some merit, as it could be used in posts which don't have a sunburst exclusively as its background, such as in comics, and the format could easily be adopted for other sunburst designs, such as red-white sunburst for Rising Sun-esque designs.
