[APPROVED] correcting alias for "descensored"

BUR #2221 has been approved by @evazion.

remove alias descensored -> uncensored
create alias descensored -> decensored

Reason: "descensored" is a common misspelling of decensored and should be aliased to that instead of to uncensored, which has a different meaning.

I'll do this, but I think most of these typo aliases should just be nuked. Most of them are 10+ years old and they only exist because we didn't have autocomplete back then.
