Appropriate tag adding on Hollow Knight?

The in-game term for the weapon wielded by the protagonist and some others is referred to as a nail. The faces all characters have are supposedly masks.
That said, would it be appropriate to append posts referring to these things with what they are labeled as in game? Changing sword to nail or simply adding the tag on top of sword. Should the hollow_knight wiki entry be edited to include information as such?

The nail tag should be reserved for things that actually look like nails. Hollow Knight's weapons might be called "nails" in the game's lore but they bear little resemblance to real nails.
