2 Artists Blended Into 1

I think the artist tag kuroki_(ma-na-tu) (artist #97957) has accidently become a blend of two artists. It looks like a mix of two artists with practically the same name but different art. I just want to confirm that I'm right before any action is taken on mine or anyone else's part.

After looking through the artist's posts, they all were drawn by the same person. It's just that their art has evolved over seven years or so. It's possible to tell by looking, and also their account's been the same.
