remove implication wind_turbine -> windmill

Was done in topic #4598 and is a similar situation to topic #17850. It's another case where technically correct does not mean right.
Windmills are buildings used to grind grain and for other mechanical uses, and they have a very distinct shape that has nothing to do with wind turbines. They're distinct objects and IMO having one implicate the other doesn't make any sense.

Always wondered over this implication as well, it makes no sense as stated above.

While the tag is intended for modern wind turbines, from a visual stand point it would be hard for the average person to discern between an early wind turbine and a wind mill (wikipedia example).

The wind turbines of the 1980s also used the steel lattice towers (example), and were closer to a hybrid from the traditional farmhouse type windpumps (wikipedia) and today's designs.

Additionally the line between a windmill and a windturbine is pretty minimal given that you could go from a windpump that uses the mechanical energy to pump water to an indirect having it generate electricity to power an electric pump.

Edit: There are also electric generator conversion kits for the traditional Aermotor farmhouse type windmills, visually they're nearly identical to their waterpump counterparts (youtube example)

Usually there's a noticeably different aesthetic between posts with traditional windmills and posts with modern wind turbines. For that reason I don't think an implication is useful. You can always do ~windmill ~wind_turbine if you want to find both in a single search.

Remove windmill from wind turbine posts. Most posts don't have a traditional windmill and a modern wind turbine in the same post.

The tags do need to be cleaned up first. Also, some posts are mistagged and have a windmill instead of a wind turbine on the post (e.g. post #4081149).

Since we're separating wind turbines from windmills, should a tag be created for windpumps to separate them from windmills? Their modern design is completely distinct from traditional windmills as well. Example: post #200044.

I cleared windmill from the "propeller on a white pole" posts and fixed a few pinwheels. There are about 10 posts in windmill wind_turbine that Im uncertain about. Please check.

Cleaned a few. The rest I'm uncertain myself or it's impossible to tell.
