Create alias Hu_Tao -> Hu_Tao_(Genshin_Impact)

BUR #4695 has been rejected.

create alias hu_tao -> hu_tao_(genshin_impact)

If the other Chinese names of playable characters like Qiqi got the qualifier despite them being pretty unique (see topic #17785), then there's no reason why Hu Tao shouldn't get it too, assuming we're taking the "all or nothing" stance with qualifiers.

This alias is already included in the BUR in topic #18046 (a shortened form of it, at least)

Even though I don't really agree with shortening the qualifier nor adding it in general to almost every character, I guess that's better than nothing at least for consistency sake. I'll just reject this then and if that BUR doesn't end up happening, bring this back up at a later time.
