I'm not sure about the usefulness of this tag, we don't have tags for other things being worn only removed for example. Theoretically mask -mask_removed -mask_on_head should give the same results that masked does unless there is a drawn mask or something else I'm missing.

I thought the same about the masked tag. We usually don't have tags for wearing clothing etc, normaly for clothing that is removed.
The bulk update request #4755 (forum #181024) has been rejected by @Admiral_Pectoral.
