Create tag implication for the Kengan series

BUR #4898 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication kengan_ashura -> kengan_(series)
create implication kengan_omega -> kengan_(series)

Omega is the sequel to Ashura. Would be neat to have a single tag so people can search for each part while still knowing it belongs to a bigger series, similar to how the Jojo tags work already.

What visuals are there that separate the sequel depictions from the original series?

Mostly just different characters, it's still the same artist.
