A decent middleground may be yokoshima_(tirimoti) or something (using his pixiv login.)

Let's be consistent AND correct, shall we? I'm sure it can be done.

We could make an exception for usernames, though. We're not romanizing anything, the string is literally "tirimoti".

BUT, his other handles include "mochi" part. That's why he doesn't get a free pass here. Not to mention that usernames are very often romanisations anyway, because pixiv doesn't allow non-ASCII usernames.
