This tag didn't seem too popular when brought up on Discord, so here's its removal to vote on. It's a fairly useless distinction in terms of site usage, given that I don't think many people care what colour the bar being used to censor an image is.
All the posts which currently have this tag also have bar censor, so a mass update isn't necessary.
