create implication character_sheet -> concept_art

concept_art currently distracts from the more apt character_sheet while also being fairly vague: depending how you paraphrase it, everything can be concept art.

I don't think it's an absurd tag to have though, considering how prominent the term it is compared to 'character sheet'. With this hopefully it will be possible to search 'copyright concept_art' with as few false negatives as possible while also acting as an umbrella tag for other forms of material reference such as background designs or object designs

Concept art has the sense of being a snapshot of an early stage of the design process. Frequently an artist is trying out differrent combinations of elements to see which things work well together and which things don't.

In contrast, a character sheet usually represents a finished design. The intent is not to experiment, but to communicate the fine details of a design, usually to other artists so they can get it right. So while there may be some overlap, they definitely aren't the same thing or even subsets.
