Create alias Guitar Onee-san to Guitar Little Sister

create alias guitar_onee-san_(hitomi_o) -> guitar_little_sister_(hitomi_o)

"妹妹吉他" translates to "guitar imouto/little sister" (妹妹 meaning little sister in Chinese); there has been a confusion upon translating that word.
We may also alias the character tag as "guitar_little_sister_(hitomi_o)" instead of "guitar_imouto-san_(hitomi_o)" given that there is not an official Japanese translation (as long as I know), and using an English version tag would be more appropriate.

Usually I'd prefer a rename for low pop tags that are unlikely to be used often. Like (the more obscure) artist OCs.

I'm the one who made this tag and I wasn't sure what she was really called, I just made something up.

The bulk update request #6229 (forum #191148) has been approved by @evazion.

What would people think about rearranging it to "Little Guitar Sister" to sound a bit better in English?
