Tag Implication: hatsune_miku -> vocaloid

Implicating hatsune_miku to vocaloid.

Reason: Shouldn't be neccesary, but apparently is as people seem to forget the vocaloid tag at least 3-6 times weekly.

We don't implicate characters with their series.

Plus, I think there are some pics you wouldn't want to implicate the series in, such as otaku rooms.
