Learn Japanese.
But in all seriousness since those names change all the time its better to use the url name of the file.

As Granola mentions, that's one way to find a nickname. Another way is to use http://yukkuri.de/smacked/pixiv/ and paste the artist's Japanese name you find in the fourth line, so you can convert it to Romaji. The third way is to go to the artist's home page, if available, and look for their about/profile page. Their name is usually labeled "名前" meaning "Name".
In case of doubt, post them in this thread and I, or someone else, will try to romanize them.
Automatic romanization of names is usually a bad idea. For example, the artist たけのこ星人 (Takenoko Seijin) was tagged as Takenoko Yoshihito just until yesterday (which is a sensible romanization, but not the right one here).
Can I get a verification on 岩崎幹 then? I tagged him as iwasaki miki, but there's a number of name readings for 幹 and I don't know which is the most common.

Yeah, leave it as is. Nothing on his pixiv or personal pages helps, so miki is as good as anything else. It's also a potential non-name reading of the kanji, which I tend to favor when there's nothing to specify which of many name readings it should be.
7HS said: I named artist lululila after their website and pixiv dir since enamdict doesn't give me any suggestions for 菜方 or 菜方柾津 (on their site.) Any opinion on how to render that a a name, or whether it should be?
::blinks:: I have not the slightest clue where to begin on that name. The only hint I see is that their email is naka@ and the first character can be read 'na' but that doesn't get us far.
I'm perfectly okay with it staying lululila unless someone can decipher the kanji somehow.
As a side note, remember to add the direct link to their pixiv profile (http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=693939 in this case) in the notes section for easy access to the main page. The redirect doesn't work on direct links in the wiki page. I added it on this one for now though. Same with any other sites they have, even though the url for mass edits and for the main page are the same in this case for their homepage.
