Feature request: Add a way to make new saved searches on the 'manage saved searches' page

Maybe it's just me, but my intuition is to navigate to this page instead of actually perform a search and then click on a button halfway down the post list page.
Another idea would be to move the button up to be above the tag list.

That's a kinda ok idea, but we should wait for Contributors' discussion first.

Feature requests will usually get better attention if opened in the github.
