BUR #7922 has been rejected.

create alias sam_&_max -> sam_and_max
create alias max_(sam_&_max) -> max_(sam_and_max)
create alias sam_(sam_&_max) -> sam_(sam_and_max)
create alias sam_(sam_&_max)_(cosplay) -> sam_(sam_and_max)_(cosplay)

All refer to the same series/characters:

Aliasing in the reverse would be fine as well; I have no real preference which.

Cosplay tags gets moved automatically when the parent tag is aliased, no need to include it.

Sam & Max is what all official sources seem to call it so I'd reverse it, unless we have a problem with ampersands.
