Well, that alter ego has the same ハーサカ as Smithee A. Haysaca, for one, so I'd be shocked if it weren't consistent. Official website calls it ハーサカくん, too.

edit: apparently Viz has it as "Haski", and Crunchyroll has "Herthaka"... and yes, this applies to both alters. Specifically, the full name is actually rendered as "Smirka A. Haski" by Viz, and "Smithee A. Herthaka" by CR. Clearly, something went wrong in Viz's heads when they came up with that name.

edit2: And "Haysaca" comes from the fan translation of the manga.

Option 1: Move the names to the official CR translation, and add in the fan translation's rendition as an alias to the butler.

Option 2: the reverse, use the manga fan translation as the main tag, with CR's rendition as aliases.

Both are renames from hayasaka_kun because the alter ego is never actually called that. It would defeat the point of a disguise if it shared your real name, no? If anything, the alias would be hayasaka-kun since the kun is an honorific.

I'm opting to ignore Viz's translation because not only is it stupid, it is likely much less popular than both CR and the fan translation's renditions, because both of them are much more accessible.
