New tag for shorts under clothes?

Just wondered if there is room for a tag like this?

I'd say just using the above searches is enough.

Bad idea. People would most likely use it as a synonym for panties or boxers/briefs.

spats_with_skirt or spats_under_skirt? Though as

The searches and my suggested tags don't work at all with your first example though, which is regular shorts under a skirt. Really spats/bike shorts aren't the same as regular shorts. Sadly shorts skirt and shorts school_uniform aren't as accurate, but on the same note it really seems to be only Misaka Mikoto wearing that combination.

I'd like to shy away from creating new combination tags where searching two other tags would suffice. Yes I know regular members are constricted to two tag searches, but getting around that by creating lots of complicated combiner tags seems like a bad idea.

Fair enough, just thought I'd ask, it seems searching with what we already have is enough.
