alias hair_blowing -> floating_hair

create alias hair_blowing -> floating_hair

There doesn't seem to be a difference between the two tags. At a minimum the former should imply the latter, but not sure if there's a point in keeping them distinct. It really seems like the former only exists because people don't know about floating hair.

I wonder if we can do something similar for blowing clothing? Currently they get all stuffed under wind lift, which implicates wind, it feels weird to tag it on posts where the blow is mild or if there isn’t clear indication of wind (magic forces/character moving quickly) and the name gives the impression that it’s one of those skirt lift , dress lift tags for pantyshots.
