Garter belt and garter strap implications

BUR #14723 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication white_garter_belt -> garter_belt

Unlike bra and panties, garter belt and strap tags don't seem to have any color implications, which leaves many posts mismatched with the color only. If approved, all the colors will also be needed, but black and white are by far the most common.

Colour_garter_belt tags I can somewhat understand even if I don't necessarily like them, but why the heck do we have colour_garter_straps tags?

At first I was going to make this just on the garter belt but figure I knock all those out at once. If this fails can we try to pass color_garter_belt in a separate request?

More garter belt colors if they’re needed. I’m a bit hesitant about garter strap colors though.

mass update ~red_garter_straps ~blue_garter_straps ~pink_garter_straps ~purple_garter_straps ~brown_garter_straps ~grey_ garter_straps ~green_garter_straps ~yellow_garter_straps ~orange_garter_straps ~aqua_garter_straps -> garter_straps
nuke red_garter_straps
nuke blue_garter_straps
nuke pink_garter_straps
nuke purple_garter_straps
nuke brown_garter_straps
nuke grey_garter_straps
nuke green_garter_straps
nuke yellow_garter_straps
nuke orange_garter_straps
nuke aqua_garter_straps

I’ll put this to a vote then. Black and white aren’t included yet, they imply garter straps and I want to see how this goes first. To be honest, all 12 colors seem undertagged anyway.
